Frozen mango banana celeri and lemon smoothie ingredients.
Super Healthy mango Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Sometimes I make this super delicious smoothie in the morning. It will take you just over two minutes to make it, and you are ready to go. Perfect start of the day, raise your energy levels to keep you going until lunch time.

Get your blender or mixer out.

Buy or get these ingredients:

  • Big handful of frozen mango
  • 1 banana (medium, large size)
  • 1 Celery stick
  • Half a lemon
  • Glass of coconut water
  • Glass of filter water
  • 1 full tsp of Baobab

Optional ingredients: yogurt, oats

P.S: The banana, lemon and celery are all fresh. But if by any chance you are lucky enough to buy fresh mangos it’s also good.

Method: Add the diced mango pieces, the banana, then cut the celeri in cubes and add it to the mix.

Blending all fresh and frozen ingredients

Diced Mango fruit inside the blender

Squeeze the lemon juice in (half) – don’t waist any drops. At this point you can blend it together before adding the coconut water and spoon in your Baobab powder.

Superpower smoothie variation

If you really want to pack a bit more energy for the morning, just add: 30grams of oats with two to three tablespoons of yogurt to create that extra creamy texture. Or instead you could go for a powerhouse chocolate smoothie.

If you fancy your smoothie less cold, then take the frozen mango out of the freezer 1/2 hour 1hr before mixing all in.

You are ready to go 🙂 enjoy it and let’s us know if you like it.
