Louise is a registered Dietitian with a Masters in Food Sustainability.
She is a Brighton based UK Registered Dietitian who has been practising in the field of sustainable nutrition for the last 15 years. She contributed to both public health nutrition and the private sector to emphasize her large experience in the field of adult and child nutrition.
Outside her normal work, Louise likes to swim and be outdoors sharing her time and knowledge with the local community (allotment) and many charities such as Sustain and The National Trust.
