Meal Plans Based on Seasonal Ingredients

Learn how to cook from our latest meal plan week after week. Also known (Aka) batch cooking meal plan based on seasonal ingredients.

Why batch cooking anyway?

Well, because it will make your life extremely easier, as long you pre-cook your meals in one, two or three batches. Of course, depends on the size of your family. And space in the freezer.

When to cook it?

We advise you to buy on Saturday morning (market) and prep it all in the same day. So it is ready to bang in the microwave or oven during the week.
