Magical garlic properties

A few centuries ago garlic clove was not only used in witchcraft but also in health and love potions. Well, we certainly continue to use it in food and many other health-related industries.

You will find plenty of garlic supplements, extract oils, etc. But, you might want to buy fresh garlic instead.

When peeling and crushing fresh garlic, it releases allicin which acts as an antibiotic. Then ajoene, which has powerful anticoagulant properties too.

This is super important, as it prevents blocked arteries that can lead to heart attacks and/or strokes.

Hint: Allicin compound will also fight against fungal infections like candida.

It was found that Garlic (Aka Allium sativum) has an antibiotic effect on the human body.

Conclusive research revealed that it has antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-atherosclerotic and hypoglycemic.

We may know by now that including garlic in your diet has many health benefits too.

One example: anti-inflammatory.

It also reduces cholesterol levels in your bloodstream. By reducing serum total cholesterol, LDL (the bad) cholesterol, and triglyceride synthesis.

You can read and rediscover below the mighty healthy benefits when adding garlic into your diet.

Major benefits when eating garlic:

Many chefs around the world would agree that the best way to eat it is raw. Others, will say add it to the pan and fry it I am not so sure, because we are all different. That may work when you’re cooking the sliced garlic heads, it will eliminate the Allicin compound.

Researchers recommend taking some powder capsules that you can ingest. You can find these in health food stores/outlets. However, I would recommend caution, purely because the majority of herbal/food supplements aren’t truly regulated.
