Turmeric Morning Detox

August 31, 2022 by Paul Alves | Last Modified: September 8, 2022

Autumn is nearly upon us. And each morning, I will be having a daily turmeric morning detox drink to keep me shielded from colds and other nasty stuff.

In my opinion, it is one of the best seasons in the year. But, in the Fall, you start to notice a drop in temperatures, and if not careful you and I can catch nasty colds. Like millions of people around the planet, you and I will probably get tired under low temperatures.

I have a strong immune system, but I still need to protect myself.

With that in mind, I thought that a strong booster is needed. And here is one of the best recipes that you might also like or need to help flush your body.

I make it every morning for 7 days. Thereafter, I make one after breakfast whenever I feel a bit weak. Because, let’s face it, I do 6-7 hours exercise per week on average, plus 7-10 hrs work plus dog walking. See what I mean?

Plus, If I eat sweets or drink alcohol on the weekend, I will be weakening my energy levels and metabolism.

Why drink this therapeutic potion?

A few hours later I felt great, and I know I get lots of goodness out of this super healthy drink. Believe it or not, it has improved my energy levels and saved me many headaches.

Alternatively, you prep and drink Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) in the morning. Add two drops of Tabasco and a good squeeze of lemon in a glass.

Some people don’t like ACV, but you can cheat by adding a tablespoon of brown sugar or honey into the mix. You won’t notice it and later on you will feel much better, and you’ll thank me.

I am serious.

What are the Turmeric benefits?

Turmeric is among the best root plants. In India, it is used to treat digestive issues, body aches and pains and many skin conditions. You’ll become immune to bad inflammation whilst releasing powerful antioxidants.

Want the healthiest drink to make in the morning?

It has some of the most beneficial ingredients you can’t find in other detox drinks. Lemon alone acts like a cleanser and is so good for you. Cinnamon combined with ginger behaves like a body shield and can lower blood sugar. Great to boost your immune system.
