We all need to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Even my do dog eats them. But if you are wondering how much fruit and veggies should we be consuming per day it’s okay.
That’s not an easy guess either. Four, five, more?
If you don’t know how many servings, don’t worry as you are not alone.
The good news is that you don’t have to buy a kilo each of the recommended fruits and vegetables.

Our dietitian show us that you shoud eat as much as you can. In the U.S, some health organisations will tell you to consume in between 8-9 per day.
However, many organisms in the U.K claim that you should have at least 5 portions of seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables a day.
For example, adults should have at least 80g of fruit and/or vegetables in their diet every single day.
What if you missed a day?
Well catch up on the following 24 hrs, if possible. Try to get 5-6 in over tree meals (snack included).
Children should also eat as many fruits and veggies as possible, or at least 5 servings/portions a day, all depending on their age and daily activity.
